Changing your password
You can update your password on the My Account tab.
If you forget your password and cannot log into Virgo, you can also change your password. You will need access to the email account associated with your user account.
Your Virgo administrator can also trigger a password reset.

- Open the Virgo login page.
- Click Forgot my password.
- Enter your User Name and click Reset Password. We'll send password reset instructions to the email associated with your user name.
- Click on the link in the email or copy and paste the link into your web browser. Enter your User Name and a new Password.
- Your new password must include at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special character. Ensure your password is at least 10 characters and no more than 50 characters.

After confirming your new password, click Submit New Password.
- When your new password has been set, click Log In. You will be redirected to the Virgo login page.
